We are excited to share that DCW was a proud sponsor of this year’s Big Tribute Festival and Live In The Park events in Plymouth. As a company committed to sustainability and recycling, we were delighted to play a key role in ensuring these vibrant community events were as eco-friendly as possible.
Held in an enormous Big Top tent in Plymouth’s Central Park, the Big Tribute Festival and Live in The Park are family friendly music festivals, which not only bring incredible live music to thousands, but also raise money for local charities. We’re pleased to have been supporting these events since their inception in 2022.
At both festivals, DCW provided a comprehensive waste management solution tailored to the needs of the events. With nearly 100 DCW bins on site, our services included strategically placed bins for glass, food waste, recyclables, and general waste, specifically for the caterers who served thousands of festival-goers. Additionally, we supplied general waste bins throughout the festival grounds, making it easy for attendees to dispose of their rubbish responsibly.
We were also delighted to provide all DCW staff with complimentary entry to both events in recognition of the hard work and effort our entire team contributes, for which we are very grateful.
